2.4td Towing A Mini

some one metioned that we need to upgrade the gearbox on my auto 2.4td surf?

they said the gearbox WILL fail when pulling a trailer if its not uprated?

Any one know anything about this??

The mini is 660KG + the small twin axle trailer

If you were towing at full capacity across the sahara I would look at a gearbox oil radiator, but a mini on a twin axle in the uk, no sweat
