i was told today that i was meant to be given a form to hand to the insurance company but wasn't so i'll let the insurance company sort it out

If it's not too late, claim for new towels,(and of course they were nice light coloured Christy brand wern't they and all the ones you had.....soooo much water......panic......) swallow the laundrey costs, as the cleaning crew didn't do them they must have been beyond cleaning...if you get my drift!
