Sugar packets!

Why is it, that when ever you open a bag of sugar, some of it spills onto the worktop? There always seems to be some sugar in the folds of the packet!
Why can't our technology pack it properly?

I dont know but i would love to be the person on the production line who farts in dry roasted peanut packets.

Please!!! you just put me off me dry roasted, lots of niggley things vince aint there, like why dont they perforate the lavvy paper properly?
mate of mine once worked at shippams meat paste's in chichester, he wont have the $hite in the house with what he saw go into it,

go on then i'll have a cup, two sugars, (not the stuff you just scra p ped off the worktop tho, it'll have dog hairs in)
