    I'm a little bit upset.

You got a freebie right out from under my nose!!
If I'd paid more than 100 quid for it I'd be a bit put out, but for free the jobs a good un!! Cant see them selling many on here for 300 quid, though..
    it's in me shed, mate.

Do you think we should drive in there this weekend and ask for Beta prototypes?

Looks like its been kicking around a workshop for 6 months...

Is there lugs on the indicator openings so you can refit them or was that not thought out either?

It'll look okay when their logo has been infilled and it's painted, IMO it looks better than the production one which must add salt to Joker's experience.

              No, but yes.
There is none on mine, but this has been addressed on the production one.

Don't forget this was the prototype, its built really to make the jigs for the proper production ones, it'll made quickly and without much thought actual use on a truck of this bumper itself.

Although then giving it away leave you open bad press (or just more bad press in this case... ), as people will think its just one of thier bumpers.

I think it makes the truck mean looking and you don't have to worry about it being all tarted up with fancy polish it will be the buisiness when you have the winch and indicators fitted. kind of tractor / M1 landrover ish.

I think you could get a rubber trim piece to slot over the stick up curved bit to finish it off with the wings.

I'd stick it on mine. well mines all battered and I'm waiting for a Surf train to get my new one up the road.

Glad you posted the pictures and if You ever park next to me with a winch on I will be the green envious one.

                  Cheers JB

right lets get this straight ian gave up hes truck for two weeks so they could make money on bumpers, 4x4rus supplying ian with a bumper was a business investment as they hoped to gain a large return,
the very least they could have done was made sure that the bumper was finished to a satisfactory finish , i know how ian feels maybe when the time is right maybe he will tell on forum,
i cant go into detail at the moment about my bumper but within a few days will let you know how its going
Only Toyota can get you out of shite
