jesus, any outsiders reading this forum will assume we just need the surfs for transport, because we're all a bunch of fat barstewards that can't fit in an average sized motor!

Lunchish - Cheese on toast
Dinner - Sausage Baguette & Nachos'-n-cheese down the pub, then had to come home early (about 9:30) and do a late shift in the garage fitting new discs, pads and bearings to a truck ready for MOT tomorrow morning.4x4toys.co.uk - Keeping you on and off the road...

Now I'm back on the tools , so to speak , and having to work in an open barn and an old lorry body my food intake is up (yes it is possible for me to eat more). For breekiie at 5-45 I have cereal . At tea break at 10-00 its 2 sachets of 'Oat-so-sh!tty' porrage, lunch at 1-00 is 2 pancake rolls filled with wot ever Tam has put in them , and an apple/bannana , choccy bars , cake , fruit pie , and 1 litre of squash . Then home at 3-30 for cup of tea with another snack of some sort , then dinner at 7-30.
And I AM loosing weight !!
But having 2 poo's aday now .Rick...Member of 1st Gen club. ONE LIFE ... GET ONE !!
