Spare Cylinder anyone

Motors been running rough with smoke at tick over, so I changed out the injectors and guess what? still seem to be only on running three cylinders. So I think I've either have burnt out valve or even worse piston problems. With 4X4 toys at a stand still it looks like a trip to Stevo. Just right for Christmas.
