Engine idle issue

my mates skyline had similar problems.

Air Flow Meter was the fault. As already said it could be a good place to start.

the good old maf sensor,my only trouble was i had to really nail to light a cig off my ceramic turbo!oh and 8mpg lol

YES IT IS THE ONE ON EBAY - BID TO BUY AND SAVE ME THE TROUBLE TO FIX IT.

It looks quite nice, wish it had been for sale 18 months ago.....

You missed out the bit about the LPG conversion; that was when Truckarms' trouble started I believe. In which case, definitely look at the air flow sensor on top of the air filter.
