We just had Sky + installed. Now our BBC1 region is BBC London! How can I reset it to BBC west mids?

Can you not scan for it, and reset BBC1 to that channel?Too old to care, young enough to remember -
The regional ones are all at the end ......ithink

It's the same card we had in our old box though...

Yes but when sky plus was installed the installer will have rung through to reset your card for sky plus the settings have not been applied properly.
Ring Sky and they will reset the card.
I know because I had the same problem.

i install all this sort of thing !!! aerials and sat dish's ! the card will be sent a signal from sky denoting which regional variation you should recieve ! it can take up to 4 hours to come through in somecases ! ring the customer services and make sure it has been switched ! what time did they do it today ?

Rang Sky, they said they'd send the 'location' details to the box 'again'. Wonder if they had done in the first place...
