I bought this s/s exhaust system today, cost me £40,needed it cos original broke on me today, it includes back box, main pipe and scorpion silencer, i only had to add a couple of bends to get it right to the back.

Does it look ok, or should i go back to the drawing board, i had to weld a few pieces in but its tight and on rubber mounts. Ignore the blue wire that looks like its holding it up, its held by a proper mount other side.

Looks good! The only thing that puts me off such silencers is that they're in the way for off-roading, and will get crushed in a heart-beat.

Nothing wrong with that, except it's blue.

Crikey, must be something to do with the onset of winter.....

For what it's worth, I think it's fine for forty quid. Its only purpose is to move gas from one place to another and the size and colour is not exactly important.

think stormy and Pirate could be right.
Lang-Shankit, where did you get the exhaust from? Looking at a new one for mine. But it'll exit under the rear door, fed up squashing exhaust pipes

Just got it from a friend, it came off his 205 gti, but is the same bore size, well a little bigger so it sleeved well, and the middle box came too.
