  • Tree/rock/fencepost/rambler sliders done

Ta-Da Finlay got my sliders on what do ya think

Bolted to 100x100x12 thick M/S plates with M10 studs tapped & welded in place.

The bars come out a bit further than the old steps to protect the bodywork.

Bars are made from 75 diameter with 6mm wall, took a fare bit to bend the ends.

Very nice, you made them yourself?

    I like the fixing method.

I did try a hi-lift on them before they went to be sprayed, as I was going to add some brackets to attach to the original side step bracket mounts, but they didn't move so didn't bother.
