My dash needles are a bit peely wally looking. What's the best method for sprucing them up?

I couldn't be bothered to send for the spray, but went to my local model shop and bought a jar of clear red paint. Will be doing them later tonight.

I used a lovely deep red on mine when i fitted white dials but came out a bit lumpy and you have to put loads on to get it even(pic) then smoothed over with thinners, not good. Ended up stripping all off and leaving them white as they were too heavy to get a true reading of me speed.Originally posted by BUSHWHACKER
