Never seen one, I doubt it has but could have been retro fitted.

Not a great deal you could do about it, in theory you should get your money back, but I doubt its worth the hassle, just ask to see it before handing over the cash.

Yeah, but thats the 3rd gens.

I've Toyota electric lockers on a couple on import pickups from the 90's, but never on a 2nd Gen.

The ad also says it has Anti-Lock Brakes and Safety Belt Pretensioners so I would the guess the seller dosn't really know what he's talking about.

It also says that its got HUGE ALLOY WHEELS and yet they look suspiciously like standard Surf 15" to me. I think hes just being a bit over enthusiastic, its probably a nice enough motor and at least he didnt say

"AND its not the sluggish underpowered rubbishy 2.4 which is prone to head problems." Dont know why but I get annoyed when I see that.
