  • Help please - 2 different crankshaft torques!

    Sorry I posted this in general but I figured it would be noticed quicker.

    I have right now got my torque wrench out, crankshaft pulley on and just need to tighten it up.

    I have a '93 2.4 surf, LN130 2-LT

    Looking up the figs, the manual states early L,2L & 2L-T ( 50's and 60's series) 137NM

    then 2L & 3L(80's series on) 167NM.

    I'm pretty sure it's 137NM for my engine, but would like someone with more experience than me to reassure me.
