I have a squeak,

It appears most whilst going round roundabouts and appears to be from the off-side rear. It's also noticable over speed bumps, this seems to suggest something on the off side rear does not like it when the weight is un-loaded from it.

Any Ideas, or do i need to be a whole load more specific?

Could be anti-rollbar rubbers.

I did mention it to a friend who suggested the same thing, is there any where i can get a picture / guide to check and or replace these, or do they have a little sticker saying not user serviceable

It's a thick bar that's clamped to the rear axel, and the ends of it are bolted to the chassis next to the shocks. Just give the rubbers a spray of rubber lubricant or WD40 and see if they stop squeaking.

Lol yes i have done 95k more than 21k well thats what the odo says any way... ohh more WD40... I need a new can, my rear window became stuck the other day and i read a few of the old posts on here and thought maybe i needed to give it loads in the key hole on the tail gate... no the window lock wasn't on... the bleedin windscreen wiper hadn't housed properly DOH!
