    after 403mls, saw my low fual light for the first time, it came on just as i was going into the MERSEY TUNNEL, have to fill up tomorrow, might try some of this veg oil, any sugestions of type or %. cheers JIM

    start of with a low %, be cearful of your fuel pump seals as they can start to leak

      What vehicle do you have, if it's a 2nd gen then you should be able to run 50/50 no problems, don't know about 3rd gens, but I would guess they're the same-ish.

      Watch out for fuel pump seals starting to leak.

              Mix 1l of white spirit in with 15l of veg oil as it thins the oil down a bit and it seems to make the truck run better and it may even help stop the seals from leaking i don't know.

                My gen 3 has been running fine on 3/4 veg oil Mix.
                More Lift.
                More Tyres.
                More Engine.

                    i run mine on a 50/50 mix no probs so far, done about 5000 kms ignoring veg i get 48+ mpg, so far no leaks just i bit sluggish
                    Surf.gone but not forgottendisco now gone aswell

                            I think he means, in that where the veg oil costs less then diesel, The savings hes made equals to costing a car that gets 48mpg.

                            If it costs you £20 and you get 20mpg an then you change an put in £20 worth of veg, where its half the price... it would equal 40mpg in cost of diesel.
