Hen’s teeth! (V6) exhaust

Surf has been back in for the work it required for the MOT….. hand brake adjusted and new steering idler fitted…… they had an exhaust there ready to fit this morning… which turns out to be the wrong one

The earliest we can get one is the 17th October, special order from Toyota UK. Garage tried all the normal suppliers and I tried Roughtrax, same story everywhere…. No exhausts for the V6 in the UK, first delivery date 17th.

Guess I’ll just have to slum it on the train for the next week or so

It would probably work out cheaper to get a stainless exhaust made than pay Toyota prices.
