anyone having problems getting registration ???

according to the dealer we ordered from they (dvla) have had the paperwork for a 8 working days now. he reckons that they are on some sort of industrial action..... any clues ???

a couple of days ago there was industrial action. was only for one day. Post office, driving instructors, people like that.
