The end fell orf

The tail pipe of my exhaust fell off last wekend, and I don't have the funds for a replacement, so the question is, will it be okfor the Wales trip( about 1000 mile round trip) or is it likely to bugger something else.

I guess I may get the unerside coated in veg oil, but that should wash off.

Any thoughts??
