Hmmmm. So the shop actually knows that you are pouring this into your tank in the carpark and not using it for cooking? I wonder how long before some jobs worth puts a stop to this on the grounds that you may spill the oil and cause a trip hazard for other shoppers?
Filling up a 4x4 out of a jerry can on a desert road is fine but personally, I’d be too embarrassed to fill a tank with cooking oil in public view (with people thinking you are a cheapskate tax dodger), just as well that I only use petrol.
I don't have a problem with filling up in public. It's my way of being a bit greener and you are allowed to put so much in before you need to declare it.
As for the slip hazard I'm to careful with the pennies to let some get away
Tesco's KTC 15l drums have gone up from £8.20 to £9.92 but as long as it stays cheaper than desiel i don't care but it should be cheaper tho seeing as we're using green fuel
