The rear passenger side has already started to fall off, plus the bumper section. A bit of damage from the RTTS

I saw the tree, but I didn't see the root sitcking out. I also didn't see it bend both my side steps and bash my mudflap and rear bumper. Felt it though

a bit like me on the thursday.i saw the tree but never realised some of it was burried and when i put the front wheel over the tree came loose and i was stuck solid.the trouble was tho i was high up the slope and when i tried to reverse out or get pulled out the truck slipped further to the edge and was close to turning the truck over. That was definately a brown trouser moment

thats why i fenced that part off for the saturday.A couple of surfers did go up there but i wouldn't of tried it agin myself unless i went the opposite direction.

Getting back to the thread i don't care what damage i do to my truck but no-one else can touch it

                          do you know what mate,

today i greased all the grease points, changed the front brake pads, changed the fuel filter, took off all the remaining air con bracketry, and on the way home,it felt "different"

got home disconnected the batteries(any other motor would have been smashed up by now),ready for tomorrows batt isolation switch fitment

and i thought"i really love this dirty, filthy, smelly, lump of continual trouble and financial drain"

I think that's the reason Gerblet mentioned for denting the rear wing of mine And those tree roots are evil , the way they grab the ARB as you drive over them and pull them off their mounts Thinking about it I spose the rocks could be to blame

                            Or there are down there!
