what size rims will you be putting the tyres on Rod.I have just got my 33's fitted onto the 10" rims i got from Tony and i have had to remove the front mudflaps and i've got to trim a bit of the front valance slightly as the tyres are rubbing that also but apart from that i like these Kumho 834's.I get a bit of road noise but i don't mind that. It's more noticeable with the widow open so overall not top bad a tyre

Ive got 16"x8" alloys Rich, The Winch bumper tucks up higher then the stock valance, so i may just have to remove the mudflaps, But i plan on puttin flappy ones on...so it aint a problem!

you got some pics of yours fitted?

you will probably be ok on the 8" rims then but the 10" rims i was surprised that they rub and thats with 5" lift on the front end

Hmm, i wouldn't have expected it to rub either.... but im hardly an expert

Do your new tyres stick out the arches at all? They look awesome when there either reeeally close or sticking out...

Stock, the rims sit right under the arches... looks scheite!

If you haven't got alot of money to put up for tyres then yea go for the macho's but if you can afford more then go for something like the bfg's or the kumho's.There is a bit of noise from the 834's but i don't mind it.It is all down to personal preferance and what you can afford.I was gonna wait till my compo was sorted then i would of had up to £1000 to spend on tyres but i saw these going cheap so picked them up.

I could probably swing for the 285/75 BFGS, i would be happier about paying near £600 over another £100 for an inch...

But i dunno... i prefer the look of the BFG, but i hate the cost. I know these trucks arnt cheap etc but i just want to keep some parts to a budget, I know i would be happy with Machos.... i just think i would be happier still if i got some BFG's.... provided i didnt look at my debit account

I just noticed earlier that the 2 new continental AT's i had fitted 2 weeks ago are nearly 1" bigger than the colways i got also but both tyres are 31x1050x15.No wonder the front of the truck looked up in the air for last 2 weeks

I don't think you will notice to much on the 1" differance on the width to much tho so go for them

Thats what id been thinking mate, But then i thought, hang on! Ive got 10.50ish on at the moment, So thats only an inch wider... would i notice that?? the 33's arnt that much taller then what im currently running.

I wanna make sure i do this properly, But im finding it reeeealllly hard to go ahead an order BFG's

plus i want a new guitar soon

the narrower the rims then the taller the tyres will look.Nigel one of hpoc members has 35's on 8" rims and they seem to stand taller and my 33's on the 10" rims look wider than his 35's.
I think the main way of having the tyres look wider like mine and Linda's trucks is to go for the wider rims as you won't notice the width difference to much on the narrower rims
