A new surfer in sussex

Hi all,

I have just joined the forum, and thought I'd take a couple of minutes to introduce myself.

I live in sussex and have just purchased a SSR-X Ltd 3.0td in metalic blue from Milwards in Lancing.

I sacrificed a Saxo VTR '03 reg to purchase the N-reg Surf, and although I was a hot hatch driver, it has been the best move I have made!

Just one question for you all and I hope you can guide me in the right direction, the heat selector lever in the surf is missing the little black plastic cap that sits on the metal lever, I have tried some local shops and even had a look in Halfords as I had reason to be there, but it seems to be really hard to find, and its the only bit of interior trim that needs some work.

Welcome matey, just keep your ears/eyes peeled, someone somewhere will be breaking one and have just what you need. I would say saxo to surf is the best move youve evr made, total image change for the better.

Hi and welcome, try looking on the floor & under the seats, and all the cubby holes and storage spaces, they all off all the time, and I reckon the only place you'll get them is;

new from toyota,

old from a s c r a p yard,

or look on the parts for sale section, and get them from one of the breakers on here.
