Well, what a $$$$e last few months! The missis of 7 years and I decided to go our separate ways in June, which was pretty hell-raising! Things have been as amicable as they could have been considering, so I've been booted out of the house, but have now finally sorted out a new place.
The long and the short of it was that we were supposed to be buying a place together and living there as a couple. We'd already had all the searches etc done when we split, so after about a week of living with my Granddad (Bless him!!), I thought F*ck it, I like the house, It's in the village I want to live in, It's got a great garden for the dogs and the selling point for me was the 8x6 kiddies playhouse that they were leaving!
This will in time be turned into luxury ferret apartments! Don't fret, piccies will follow!
It don't feel like home, cause she should be here too, but you can't have it all can ya!
I have all my dogs and ferrets with me, which was a bonus, as there was no way I'd be giving them up! I've finally sorted out the broadband, despite speaking to some 'non-comprande' from God knows where for about an hour yesterday, so whether I've been missed or not, I'm back and am looking forward to this rabbiting season. It's just about the only positive thing going on at the minute (Other than I've booked my bike test in September!)
I hope you're all well and I can't wait to get going again. Just one piece of advice though, never ever plan to get married and move house in the same year, as I'm sure this just added to all the stress of everything!
All the best
