that was me. trying to solve some of the problems with the attachments and had to reload some old stuff from ay back when (whilst still keeping the current messages). Sort of a partial restore from an old clean backup to reset some of the settings.

hopefully won't have too many changes like this but there may be a few if you can all bear with me, I'm getting through all the little things that happen when you change servers - also changed PHP and MySQL versions, lost some admin functionality but gained it in other areas.
