slowly but surely thanks Phil and may end up with a permenant limp but i can put up with that,at least the pain has gone and i can start to get back to normal(well as normal as i ever was anyway).Hows things up your way.

That will be nice, the wife breaks up from wk on monday. Been trying to get a tent pitch down Cornwall/Devon but no chance, all full. Will keep trying.
Im off work at the mo, 1 cos theres no work coming in and 2 im on the floor with a bad back (battering) got the keyboard on mi chest lol
