I spoke to Jon (Jotto) last week as this event is not far off now . Jon has no internet at the mo thanks to BT . We have not been able to contact Koi as his mobile number has changed and Jon has misplaced it .Last thing discussed was the lack of people attending making it a possible cancalation. I was hoping to go but may now have visitors that weekend .I will talk to Jon as he does not know the Forum is back on line and see if he wants me to post anything more .

As it stands with the current numbers we dont have enough to cover the cost of the site.
Options:
1. Need a few more people to come along to cover costs
2. We still go but will need to charge those going a few extra quid to cover
costs. Wont be alot, anticipate no more that about £10 give or take a £1.

Unfortunatly i got to back out of this trip I am rostered to work the Sunday and Monday and as it is a Bank Holiday no one can take holidays

OK, as it stands now with Mark dropping out.

We can still go, but have another option as the price is going to be different

1. Will now cost those camping £65 for the weekend, this includes the camping and the off road course.

2. We camp in Jotto's back garden with a BBQ etc and just find a local off road site for the Sunday.

Let me know which you would prefer ASAP.
