My 4Runner and Linda's truck both have no sway bars front or rear, anything that limits flex on a truck that goes offroad is destined for the bin.
Sure it leans more going round bends, but its a big 4x4 on 33's with 5 1/2" of lift, so you drive more carefully round corners anyway.

Ooh, Are we gonna have the sway bars debate again?
I honestly can't see the drastic difference. It's a different set of handling circumstances, granted, but the sway bars themselves cause their own set of problems when it comes to rapid direction changes, namely the loss of tyre to road surface contact. I would personally rather have full traction and more sway any day of the week. At least you can still control the direction you're heading. (Unless you actually do manage to flip it, but then you were going too fast anyhow).

I'm in the no sway bar club already. I think the same. If you're worrying about the roll or sharp swerve possibilities, you're going too fast anyhow. But at least it's better to have all tyres on the ground than it be dog legged.
I've just E-mailed the Toyota factory in Japan telling them not to bother fitting anti-rollbars to their 4X4s as apparently they're not needed and could they just reduce the price of their vehicles instead.
I forward the E-mail to Roughtrax and Milners too telling them to bin their stocks of ARB bushes and brackets.

9000's are better offroad, they self extend and help push the axle down when its in a hole, 3000's don't, they will stay where they left.
I cannot disagree
I have 9000’s all round on the Hilux and on-road and off road is better than what came off (old OEM), I guess you are never going to get a gentle ride with leafs / IFS in a Hilux anyway?
