  • Billet grilles.....again no doubt!

    I really really want to do something to the grille of the surf!

    Mesh is currently no. 1 option!

    I dont want to fork out hundreds of $$ for somet on USA ebay that might turn up and look....sh...not quite what i had in mind shall we say!

    Would it be hard to make the billet type grille? the chrome slat type things?

    cheers for any input!

          Not that it's much help to you, but mine has a similar thing on the upper grill, but it's no longer cromed. Came like that when I bought it.

          Maybe check Halfrauds/tuning-bling places, I know they sell mesh grill inserts that you cut to size, so they might also do billet grills that you can modify.

                        Aren't they just painted black - ie s$$$$e the paint off and Robert's your father's brother

                          yeah think so, i got some stone chips on mine showing chrome underneath, fiddley as hell though i reckon.
