Moving.... all going to well!

We've had an offer accepted on a house and before I got ours on the market a young couple heard we are moving (small town!) and asked to view and they want it!

Not going to do the closing date malarky. It would sell for more but good to help out some young locals.

Sure something will go wrong soon.....

Heck no! Staying in the area but just need more space for the kids. Enough room for a Surf camp and fire at a Lochgilphead forest drive though!
