I had simular trouble recently, look along the status bar at the bottom of the page (where it says done, loading, etc). If there is 'No Entry' sign in a little box, click on it, (or right click, cant remember) you should get a security report box, listing the webpages of this site, there should be a box to check to make this site a trusted sight, and it'll work next time you log in.

I use internet explorer and had to open tools internet options, security add it as a trusted site here, also on privacy select medium on slider to allow the cookies.
Try deleting all your cookies, then try again.

          Hi ,
As KOi and Linda know I have had teribble trouble using 3 computers to access this site . 'Old faithful ' my oldest computer was the only one to give me full access to the Forum .
Both Linda and Koi gave good advise , but the privacy level had to be set to low to get full access on the latest computers . This was due to the high security blocks used on Norton 2004 and the patches from XP and Windows.
I do get warnings come up on screen because the level is on low . So far it has still blocked Trojon and Spam .

              Alan.

Does it ever tell you you are logged in (i.e. does it say welcome AlanM6 at the top).

Only other thing I can suggest is to download a copy of Mozilla and see if it makes any difference with a different browser.

I'll have a bit more of a think but to be honest I'm a bit stumped at the moment because you have done all the things that normally work.

              Cheers

I was useing the Meaya pop up stopper. Ive used this for over 12 months
with no problems. I guess there must have been some conflict with the latest security patches for XP. I,m not really sure but its ok now

                        AdAware 6

Hey, you know when you find a good thing and cant help sharing it with your mates? (Do I sound like a Yank salesman? Sorry.)
Well download this and try it, it's free for the normal version (which is plenty powerfull enough to find and get rid of 187 files from my son's PC today) and it gets rid of all the spyware and pop up crap that is installed through your browser without you even knowing, you will need to click the 'Check for Updates now' button first to udate the data files to find the latest spyware before you scan your hard drives.
Trust me, this program works, I've been using this and previous versions for about a year now, here's the link - http://www.lavasoft.de

If anyone of my fellow Surfers needs any other usefull stuff just ask, I may be able to help.
