The bins we got issued with have chips in them and allocated to each house , they can weigh the rubbish in the bin when they empty it and allocate it to a house ..............Most of us have removed the chips as they are not used yet ........Big Brother rubbish collection

The chinese shops neighbour went on holiday when he came back the Chinese gent ask, "where you bin"

Neighbour replied that he really had been to Spain,

Chinese gent, " no where you weely bin."

Wasn't till he went to put the rubbish out he discovered it gone.
