Afternoon everyone, here's a quick one for you.....
My tumble dryer stopped working a couple of days ago and I've been trying to work out what the problem is so I can fix it myself. I've had the back off it and it looks pretty simple to be honest. The thing that I suspect is the likely culprit is the heater element which, when using a multimeter across the terminals, appears to have an infinite resistance (which to me suggests the element is broken). Does this sound correct? Thanks in advance, Simon

: ) The cheapest I've managed to find an element for is £65 so I'm trying to make sure it's that before I go out and buy one. To be honest though it's driving me potty, and now that it's started to rain I'd rather just spend the money and hopefully have nice dry bounce-smelling clothes!
