  • Kia Ora, From Downunder!

Great Site, keep up the good work u admins, was quite amazed at the number of surfs, hiluxs, still alive in the UK!
Downunder here the LN models are known as great workhorses, Mainly single and double cabs, with decks.I myself have owned 2, the first a 1993 4x4 LN106 D/C which did 480000 kms,and still sold it on,great wagon.
    Know i got a 1995 S/C flatdeck,only done 150000kms.
The 2.8 3L non turbo $$$$,, motors, are great donkeys, and are well known down here for doing big kms.
Never touched a head in my life, get a good rad,do your matienence, and barry crumps your uncle.

    Have a cold One!

it doesnt rub off at all. i was in the boot the other day with cream tracksuit on, not a single spec of black come off.
when i put the rubber mats back down before one side was completely dry and the dye didnt stick to the carpet on a small part. under the mat you could see it had stuck to that. a quick 5 min touch up and it looks good again. and hasnt come off since i left it to dry
i still have 2.5 litres left!

this week: t-cut polish for metallic red cars x 2 and wax x 2.
my wrist is going to be buggered again. but off roading trees have left marks!

                    But tree marks are good!!!

                    Upsets ramblers & tree huggers

You could always use spray on mud to cover them

                            The city!

I was a Cantabrian for a while, only got as far north as Hanmer but as far down as Bluff. Brrr, its cold down there.

SI's a lovely place, lovely people, but didn't offer the work the lovely immigration people promised So we came back.

Did some great trails out there though, got this book?

                            Shame there's nothing similar here.

Here was my ride, you may recognise the peak?

                              Hey Fordy,

                              And everyone else too,

Some nice pics there fordy ,at a guess it looks like the aruthers or lewis pass, sure is some big vallys down south,i usually get away hunting down that way 2 or 3 times a year, its the sort of place you dont want to run out of Gas!,long walk out otherwise.
Most people use tour operators thou, you cruise from west to east coast in 3-4 days thru some pretty wicked country, the Weather is a biggy, too.knowing people that have been stranded,me included.
Winter is getting upon us,time for new tyres, cant beat Firestone....
