I have a problem with speed bumps they hurt my back when I drive over them

I've signed that one, i hate the ba$tard things, round here their badly maintained and mostly in the wrong places, for instance where the school is there aint any, but they extend along where there aint any houses let alone schools, bits of em come off and their left with holes in em, i'm sure they bugger up the steering and suspension plus they dont slow down vans, motercycles or chav's, they just annoy the like of me who has to go over em every day, like to get hold of the councelor who dreamed that one up

one thing they are good for is slowing the boy racers down in their lowered corsas round here , i overtook one on the over side of the road the over day in my surf and he was so gutted with his little girly groupies in the car...just gave him a liitle as i went by

i hate the things, i ride a bike and if the white arrows are missing they can really catch me out.

They spent a fortune putting them on what seems like every bl00dy street in all 4 local towns.
They then had to spend a fortune and rip them all up and make them smaller as the police cars were being ripped apart underneath whenever they had to go over them above 20mph.

Someting else they are good at, is putting in speed humps, and then ripping up the road for resurfacing

...... according to at least 1 stealership in halifax they have never fitted so many road springs.

Our local council has now had the idea of building bus stops in the middle of the road. the love to do it on roads with a big verge between the carriageways so your stuck behind the damn things for miles
