my brother in law works for them... he's something to do with cement / mud, office based and tells them formulas for quick drying underwater cement (i think)

Nope not Haliburton. I work for an IT company contrated out to a large British Oil firm.

I have previously worked for a compnay worse than Haliburton, who are responsilbe for training dolphins and sealions to find mines, and provide support to a client in Cuba. (not Castro)
