i'll make some enquiries as soon as i speak to some one from work and see if i can find out what the tow.I would think it was for the use of the S&C(signal & comunication) department.It may be for the large coils of cable which run trackside so depending on what track they are working on up side or down side etc then the trailor can be put closer to the track as the cable is unrolled,but i will try to find out in the next few days
