The clock's fine from where I'm sitting !

If you look in your USER CP\edit Options there's Date and Time options towards the bottom - my settings are:

(GMT) Western European Time, London, ......

DST Corrections always off

The above is correct.
DST setting should be off.
The forum gets it time from the server which automatically adjusts the time for when the clocks go forward or back.
If you have your setting for DST (Daily Saving Time) set to auto/on then when the server adjusts the time so will your setting adding or subtracting and hour. Your profile setting is goverened by the calender when the clocks move, so doesnt actually read true time, it just knows that on a given day the clocks go forward or back and adjusts accordingly. So the server adjusts the time and your DST setting also adjusts the time. In theory adding or taking off and additional hour so will always read an hour fast or slow.
