Thats nuffin! There's a guy down the road from me does a bit of hillclimb. He took a metro 6R4 (very very fast as it is) and strapped two turbos onto it! Now it has something like 750-800bhp and is so fast he ends up in the undergrowth on most trips up Prescott Hill!

correct me if im wrong here,but i thought the 6r4 was bi-turbo anyway.and already had 700-800 bhp on tap.

I was up LA S' the other week chatting and filling our truck up with goodies, the Lexus V8 is Fawking big motor!! No exaggeration, it huge, a 90deg V8, its as fat as it is long, and just as thick, JMC's motor is resting on the front diff and the bonnet is still about 8" away from shutting!

I'd go with no inner arches, tube the front end, cropped sump, solid front axle and at least 3" of bodylift to get it in there.

I've got a front sump setup on the way over there at the moment, with a custom oilpan to clear the steering it should be alright.

This bloke managed it without a lift anyway!

I have been offered a 2 door Ra**e R**er today fitted with a supercharged Rover V8 . The rest of vehicle is upgraded trim (not hard for a RR !) , manual gearbox (faulty), big wheels (size not known to me) .
£800 will secure the purchase and might be worth it just for the engine and then sell off the bits .

If so we'd love to see what one of these can be made to do in the right hands....

id rip his arm off for that sort of money,the engine alone has got to be worth more than that,so you could get most of your money back on the parts.go for it rick.supercharged 1st gen.(then you could sell the chevy lump to tony and make even more money)
