removing interior light

one of the bulbs in my interior light has gone and i cant see a thing in the dark! I can see how to remove the cover to replace the bulb. there does not seem to be any screws ect!! its the light by the rear view mirror!! any ideas before i break it trying to force it!!

one of the bulbs in my interior light has gone and i cant see a thing in the dark! I can see how to remove the cover to replace the bulb. there does not seem to be any screws ect!! its the light by the rear view mirror!! any ideas before i break it trying to force it!!

Take off the cover plate (just above where the mirror arm goes into the fitting) then with a flat blade screwdriver ease the cover forward and down at the same time on each side and the whole piece you see comes off. refitting is a lot easier.
