Was it really produced in that year?

Hi all,

I bought a Hilux Surf SSR-X 3.0TD. The chassis number is KZN130. Can any of you confirm that this model was produced in year 2000.

I bought this car and the papers claims it is a model 2000. But the mechanic refuses it. In which years was it produced?

What can you confirm?

The year of manufacture will be printed on the seatbelt label.

KZN130 has got to made in 93-95 (models that hang around in the showrooms are sometimes regestered early 96)
