The 'Official' Surfers wave

I'm used to getting odd looks - my problem is that I do 25k+ miles a year in the Focus and about 2000 in the Surf ......

When a guy in a Focus waves at a Surf he usually gets ignored !

People are friendlier round here, get lots of waves, almost anyone in any muddy 4x4 gets thumbs up from me when out in mine, and most reply with at least a smile.

I saw Sluggys old 3rd gen yesterday!! Can't believe its still works after all he did to it!

I do belive, the great and venerated sancho may have mentioned the occasional lack of generosity of spirit...his words not mine...

but why not have a wave....im sure you can spot a 2.4 owner miles off,h/she has a woried look on their face...and we could wave toolboxes at each other !!

It's you southern poofs who are too scared to wave, every biker up here does it.
