  • Mr T's got bigger again, more lift pics....

Mr T (Ashley's truck, Bash on the forum) has been topping off his lift with another visit.

He had a 4" Superlift suspension lift and 33x12.5 BFG A/T's fitted here last year, but we've topped it off with a 1 1/2" body lift, and 1" coil spacers for a few extra inches.

    Here's the pics......

He's off for a complete stainless exhaust later with some funky secret tailpipes.

      Nice!

What does the 4" lift involve over the 2" lift? I take it things like the fuel filler and steering column need extending. What else? Brake pipes?

Only rear brake pipe to the axle, it a was 4" SUSPENSION lift. The body lift is 1 1/2".....

Its the correct colour, love the tail lights.

It's been lovingly endowed with superior off road ability.

Now tell him its too shiny and to get it in the mud and hang an axle up..........

Spendy! about £900 for the 4" lift kit.

But its worth it IMHO, as it comes with all the radius arm drop brackets for the rear, so the axle doesn't move forward and the links are at the right angle.

The front is new diff drop crossmembers, and new hub-steering-balljoint castings so the CV and tierod angles are completely stock, and the front track stays the same width as the rear, and all the alignment specs are the same.

Plus its 4 new shocks, +4" rear coils, cool Superlift stickers, etc, etc....

add a body lift on top and 35's are within reach.

              Its lovely!

                WOW...

That truck is the business. I wouldn't mind jacking mine up a little, not as much as that, but just a bit more so it looks meaner.

                Nice job, love the truck.

Linda's gonna be pi$$ed, before Mr T. just had the 4" suspension lift, and Linda's truck had the same plus a 1 1/2" body lift, now they both have the same suspension and body lifts, but Mr T now has 1" coil spacers as well, and he sits a little prouder than the Bullet at the rear now.

Guess what I'll be doing this weekend.......
