It's sub zero East Kent, no snow but it's bl00dy cold out in the park(been walking the dog for the last hour and a half) and there's some poor sod trying to sleep on one of the park benches, he's been there three days now, saw him this am at 0630 getting out of his bin liner.........nasty!
