fault codes

having just serviced the truck i was thinking that i have never had a fault code displayed, i have just had a new head fitted from stevos but leading up to my head cracking no idications of a faults?? either i am lucky or something is not right with the electrics
any info much appriciated.

The fault code for a cracked head is the temperature going really high and all the water falling out....

I don't think they display themselves, you have to do the paperclip thing to run the diagnostic.
