I had a new bin delivered today , that makes three .
and we are told if we dont use it i will get a fine

but i cant work out what to put in it .
i can put a bleach bottle in it but not a yogart pot ( asif )

i can put paper in it but not shreded paper ?

i can put glass in it but not if its broken ?

and if i put nothing in it i will get a fine

now my head hurts and all i have put in it is empty miller cans ( 5 of )

anyway i think goblin warming is is a good thing ( they must get cold being out side all the time )

im all for recycling , i always use recycled timber , ( it was a tree , now its my fence ) and i drive a diesel

I have a brown bin for garden waste. When I 'landscaped' my front garden and got rid of a load of turf into the garden waste bin, the council refused to empty it - and told me that turf isn't allowed to go in the garden waste bin. I did ask how they can work that out, given its from my garden and I don't want it anymore.....they said its because the waste goes to make compost - durrr - whats good in compost ...errrrr, layers of turf...

you should type out a nice letter explaining to them that you will be setting a charge for the positioning of the afore said bin/bins on your property and also that a charge for labour exists for recycling on an annual basis.
Dont forget to mention that the council charges you for services, as in community tax so in retrospect you will charge them ,,,,

Our council is great, they don't give a damn about anything except lining their own pockets.

We get no bins and the bottles are recycled on the pavements by drunken yobo's.

we don't get bins either.
The recycling lorry comes around once every two weeks so we end up with so much $$$$ that we just end up binning half of it
