  • Doing a Jotto (not smutty)

As title says , me and Tam are doing a Jotto. We had planned to move away from this area about a year or so ago , but the house was not ready to sell .
Well we had the house valued and on the market last week , and just like Jon , we had people viewing the same day . Sold for the asking price that night !
We spent 3 days touring Norfolk , Cambridgeshire and Suffolk to find the new Vagrant hovel . After 475 miles and 14 houses we made an offer and had it accepted on a nice little pad .............................. .............................. .............................. ...

2 miles down the road from the Jotto's !
Went to see Jenny and Jon last night to break the shocking news to them that the Vagrant was going to haunt him even closer then before .

Nice one Rick.Good luck and hope it all goes smoothly for you. This must be
catching cause if the eldest gets into the services in the next few months then we are selling up and going for a slightly smaller house but with a bit more of a garden hopefully

It really is the season! We've just made an offer on a house successfully. We're moving into town from the sticks but the kids will benefit from having pals closer to home and I won't be so much of a taxi.... and it has a garage!

If not, let's hope he bought the one with the door.

The left half inc garages is 8 years old and the right half is 200 + years old with 2 room cellar with original ovens still there (just) .
