      Yup, but I didn't even have the spanner in my hand at the time. Woodzie, what is the best way to get that front breather out? Is it just a case of try and drop the ring spanner on and hope for the best?

              could you not fit a 90 degree elbow into where the breather was and pipe it elswhere,avoiding the a/c rad.

                It is possible . Note if it ever does loose its gas rip it out as redoing it with new is very expencive as its not compatable with the gasses used now

                    It's actually getting to the breather that's the dog. Imagine requiring a wrist with three separate joints.
