Hi Huff_diggler,

I guess that sounded a bit off-ish ?

If it did I'm sorry. What I should have said is that after searching these very forums the caramel wheel appeared to be the best 'fail safe' way of removing stickers. Although now it seems not as great as before....

I'm pretty sure I've got the hang of the wheel thing now, but will be taking it ~very~ carefully.

Sorry to here of your troubles.
I used a caramel wheel to remove all the decals from mine. It left a slight outline where the letters had been, but a quick going over with T-cut (special T-cut for metallic paint), and then a good polish (once again with metallic paint polish) did such a good job I couldn't find where the letters had been.

I hope yours works out right in the end.
