If we didn't need it for towing the caravan I'd have the ideal donor for the project ........

Life is too important to take seriously !

Nope, look at the lower control arm in the first pic, there's some slush on it!

That's what I'm contemplating, a 'badass' 3rd gen. that flunked hairdresser college!

I know. I went over the pic with a fine tooth comb. Why did you reverse the vehicle slightly though?

Can't see the point of spending money on one and then deponcifying it when you already have the manly one and can spend all of the money on modifying the important bits.

You obviously anticipated the grilling then? Nice one Vince. Almost brings a tear to the eye, seeing yours actually on the road AND in bad weather also.

BTW, wife's just told me to look outside. It's slowly snowing and sticking on the road. Guess who's going out later when it's a bit thicker.

Mmm - If the 3rd Gen is the same length & width as the 2nd gen, then thats what I'd do.

Having been laning in Wales and Derbyshire recently, my 2nd Gen just fits through some places so an Amazon would be too big...

                      Stay with the Surf!!!

                                don't think so...

2CVs ball joints and a bit of brake pipe....

a good service and a clean.

                                definately needs brake pads.
