Got about 1" here in Newcastle, only trouble is the Surfs in the bodyshop for the roof respray!
Not bringing my BMW out in this weather so I've swiped Lauras Kia Sportage for the day (hehe I always knew those spare keys would come in handy).'Tis better to sting than to be stung!

Snow pics from Warwickshire- Burton Dasset Hills. Only 4x4's could make it to the top on the steep lane up there. Coming back down the hill was interesting to say the least- the Surf was sliding dow sideways for a bit, and then ended up facing the wrong way in the field some 10 yards from the track!
Kids had good fun sledging though!

heres some more snowy pics, of much more snow!!!!
1ft of snow in Clashindarroch (near Huntly) where i went skiing,
had lift in friends Series IIa landy, and had a go in it, not as nice to drive as 4runner/surf, but better in snow due to its much narrower wheels/tyres
driving a long a road with 1ft deep snow, and no other vehicles had been along it, we had to lean out windows to see where road was! couldnt see it,
dogs enjoyed coming skiing with us, but by end of the 10km circuit wish they had skis too!Landcruiser Colorado
